To Commemorate Black History Month, I had the Pleasure of Educating these Amazing 3rd Graders on Dr. Carter G. Woodson, The Father of Black History Month. I also had the Honor of Educating them on my Beloved Fraternity, Omega Psi Phi Inc, and it's significant Role in Black History.#BlackHistoryEducation #CarterGWoodson #ΩΨΦ#EpsilonOmega #UpliftingTheFuture — at Diamond Lakes Elementary School.
We love having the opportunity to speak to our youth....as especially our young men! Here, I am at a football field addressing a 7 on 7 football camp about the importance of Grades and NCAA clearing house.
Mentoring is fun! Especially when you get to hang out with these youngsters. This a group of 5th graders I mentor at an elementary school in Augusta called Diamond lakes. The pleasure was all mine.
A Mentor is someone who allows you to see the hope inside yourself, and today I had the opportunity to return home for C.A Johnson's Career Blitz, and Share the Stage with the individuals who currently serve as my mentors. In high school, we were all told that it's very unlikely we would be successful in the future, fast forward to now, we all return to our beloved Alma mater to share our personal experiences and provide The keys to battling through adversity and identifying, pursuing and Achieving professional career goals.
